Good morning everybody I’m seeing search on here with another health supplement tip for the day so I deal with a lot of this question on in about a week I have a wedding or have a cruise I have to drop some weight real quick what it was the best thing to take a look at them really seriously and I see absolutely not I’m sorry if you’ve been lazy nothing is going to work in about seven days to change your body you know it’s taking you all this time to put this way . and if you’ve been lazy nothing is going to work in seven days ok but if you’re looking for a little bit of a quick weight loss and you give yourself about 21 days three weeks there’s there’s a couple of things are going to probably three things that can help you see some results in about twenty one days now forget of fat burners in general you know these things got to think labels and then every magazine these will help you to drop weight those are something completely different I’m talking about natural ingredients you’re going to take they’ve been used over and over again you’ve probably been heard them and you’ve probably tried them but you weren’t consistent with them and that’s probably why they didn’t work well enough for you but you probably noticed the second you’re consistent with it it worked like a child k your first ingredient to drop weight really quick k is apple cider vinegar apple cider vinegar the braggs brand is very good you want apple cider vinegar with the mother that’s the sludge on the bottom I’ve made a video on this so that contains all kinds of enzymes and how you want to take that is trying to take about 2 tablespoons three times a day around your meals ok so breakfast time you’re going to take it with a little bit of warm water little the honey to flavor it stir that up step on it morning noon and night ok you want to do that three times they do it for 21 days you won’t believe the difference what you go to make sure is get yourself enough bottles of it that you won’t miss a day here and you won’t miss the date there that’s where most people go wrong they were never the product what happens is they stop taking it and then go all you know it was good with it was seeing results and what happened was I missed about three four days so get yourself a 21-day supplied go to the health food store brands apple cider vinegar get the biggest bottle you can take that take that you do that every day for about 21 days you will be shocked at the results you will see ok the next ingredient another video I’ve done on this is coconut oil you want virgin organic coconut oil everybody I tell about this in the health food store was only have some of that at home they’ve tried it but they didn’t stay consistent now if you stay consistent with it and here’s the very minimum you want to take it three tablespoons no you don’t have to do it three times a day but the way I prefer to use it when i’m using coconut oil or anybody of her roots using coconut oil is the tablespoon and a half in the morning and a tablespoon and a half in the evening okay so take that what that does is when you take that coconut oil it does so much for your body but you take it your liver processes it immediately as energy it’s not a stored fat produces ketones again I’m not gonna get to scientific but if you do it every day for 21 days the way I told you you will not believe the results virgin organic coconut oil don’t worry about the brand just go out there now when you get it may be solid right now i’m doing this video it’s summer so most people if you don’t have air conditioning have coconut oil on your cover it’s in the liquid form so the best way to take it because you will take too much too much coconut oil in the beginning it will go right through so melted in your microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds and use your tablespoon and a half that way easiest way to do it the last ingredient is not for everybody in the why i say this is it’s for people that retain water if you return water you’re holding on to wait dandelion root is amazing so trying to get a deal on the roof and what does it helps to eliminate water no you can use the tea twice a day or you can use the pills ok so we’ll leave it up to you i’m not a big fan of telling people to use the pills ok the instructions are directly on the bottle use it now here’s a big mistake a lot of people do that I don’t want you to make your if you’re trying to get rid of excess water if you’re taking any type of natural diuretic or any type of diarrhea which i only recommend the natural ones you do want to make sure you continue drinking water just because you see your routine water you’re trying to eliminate water make sure you don’t stop drinking water when you you know you’re taking like Daniel and the roots and your it’s getting rid of that excess water and we’re seeing the weight loss keep drinking water because it’s going to be very good for the kidneys and that water’s further going to push up more water to drink a lot of water you know you you’ve heard the rule like eight glasses a day you know shoot for that do it okay don’t worry about it if you’re taking a dandy lion you’re taking the water that will be fine now with that said if you’re on any prescription meds that’s a whole other story you do want to consult with your doctor or pharmacist for you know you get on movies I don’t know your medical condition so I’m just saying if you’re healthy any of these three ingredients have told you you know drink your water with it you know do everything you need to try and drop some weight with that means eat eat like you’re going to lose weight drink water like you’re losing weight but add those ingredients and you should see dramatic weight loss so if you
